I think you meant *clash*. Spankee will always run away. The Fed won't do anything until it sees a way forward. Right now, there is none. The market is reacting to the new worldwide tariffs and is trying to figure it out. New trading partners will begin business--and the US will mostly be left out of it because "no tariffs" on trade with non-US countries. So, cheaper to do business with them than the US. Tech stuff will be copied and produced "elsewhere"--and they will tell the US to put it where the sun don't shine.
