Yes he did. You just want to ignore that he thinks people like Robert Mueller, Jack Smith, and members of the January 6th committee to be election fraudsters. He has said they have interfered with elections. I know you think you are just trying to be fair to Trump and I applaud you for that, but in this case you are just playing dumb.

That is not something any person fit for office would say

Trump's messaging seems to be effective for BMH, Dope, and Lurker Mom. I'm not looking forward to having a DOJ preoccupied with going after whoever Trump has a grudge against. We have real problems to deal with.
