WASHINGTON (AP) ' The Biden administration has cleared the way for the release of five American citizens detained in Iran by issuing a blanket waiver for international banks to transfer $6 billion in frozen Iranian money from South Korea to Qatar without fear of U.S. sanctions. In addition, as part of the deal, the administration has agreed to release five Iranian citizens held in the United States.

This comes out on 9/11 of all days. Sure. Why not? We handed Afghanistan back to the Taliban on 9/11. Why not bow to more terrorist demands while we're at it?

And note that we're also trading 5 Iranians that are being held. Since it's not our policy to randomly kidnap Iranians on the street, it's probably safe to say that these aren't good guys that we're sending back over.

Why do the democrats have such a soft spot for the Mullahs? Do they hate Israel that much?
