And it's so obviously right that it was unanimous. Not even the Trump supporters on the court could support him on this one.

They ordered that the lower court judge was correct in ordering the administration to bring the wrongly deported man now in an El Salvador prison.

Apparently, it's not a great ruling from the USSC, as they aren't requiring the Trump administration to bring him back, but merely ordering an attempt. But it is good in the fact that they aren't buying the "Oops. Sorry. We can't fix that" line of argument from the administration.

I can hear the excuses from the admin already. "We tried, we really did, but despite our best efforts, we have been unable to locate Mr. Abrego Garcia. So sorry." I wonder what Blondi will have to say.
