...in a taped interview on July 5.
https://www.tvinsider.com/1142282/joe-biden-interv...Joe Biden has set his first official post-debate interview with ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos, who will catch up with the 46th president on the campaign trail.
This sit-down interview will broadcast across several days in portions before culminating in the full extended presentation on Sunday, July 7, when it will air on This Week With George Stephanopoulos. The first clips from the interview will air Friday, July 5 on World News Tonight With David Muir with additional segments broadcasting on Good Morning America on Saturday, July 6, and Sunday, July 7.So it'll be taped.
I don't think this will be the flex they think it will be; Stephanopoulos is as D.C. swampy as any "reporter" and as a part of the democrat media inner circle has been in on the coverup from the very beginning.

Biden also debuted his new, Trump-inspired Orange Man Good look today. Let's see if they bronze him up for this thing.
The REAL audience are democrat donors, who
are not happy. To that I say, fools and their money are soon parted: Biden has been a vegetable for years:
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13588275/...Key Democrat donors threaten to pull plug if Biden doesn't resign, as furious party insiders reveal 'worst fears' about ailing president have now been confirmed: 'How stupid do they think we are?'Indeed.
Growing Democratic uproar over President Joe Biden's shockingly feeble debate performance on Thursday night appears to be turning into a full-blown party revolt.
'For Biden's own good and the good of the country, he should step aside immediately,' major Democratic donor and former hedge fund manager Whitney Tilson told DailyMail.com. 'The fact that it has now been three days and Biden has done nothing to reassure us confirms my worst fears.'
Tilson has given the party more than $300,000 in recent years.

Taped interview won't ally any fears. We need a live event where Biden has to think on his feet.
Carl Bernstein reports that there have been 15 or 20 private events and closed fundraisers similar to last Thursday's disaster. See link:

Why not? And who says it won't be live? As long as Stephanopolos states at the outset that there were no preconditions and he was not prevented from asking any questions.
Of course, this should be followed by live press conferences as well, but a sit down interview is a good start.

That article is awesome:
'The call was akin to a rah-rah speech,' said John Verdejo, a party member from North Carolina who told the Mail he was surprised when call organizers failed to address the 'elephant in the room', namely Biden's inability to speak clearly.
Other DNC members went even further than Verdejo in their criticisms. Some said that they felt 'gaslighted' by campaign officials on the call who seemed to deny that there was anything to be concerned about. The official Team Biden line appears to be: Nothing to see here.
'On every metric that matters, data shows [the debate] did nothing to change the American people's perception,' Jen O'Malley Dillon, chair of the Biden-Harris 2024 campaign, insisted in a memo released this weekend.
Hardly anyone believes that spin.
'The data!?' tweeted Mike LaRosa, former Press Secretary to First Lady Jill Biden. 'If there is data that counters the impact of what we all saw then WHERE THE HELL IS IT???'
Democrat donor Whitney Tilson similarly didn't his mince words.
'They're p***ing on our legs and telling us it's raining. It's insulting. How stupid do they think we are?'

Why would any independent minded person believe that the questions weren't shared in advance? and of course as in all of his past similar interviews that the questions won't be any thing more than softball tosses?
