actually any AI would have been more useful to supplement background work i have done.
but since you are curious why i was naive enough to expect something useful :
a. you write about eu reits near exclusively. you have reit in your name. shurgard is a UK reit.
i could care less about your performance, but wanted to know if you had considered shurgard and had any rational process for it.
shurgard is both a falling knife and non-US stock, and thus posted on this board.
b. american interest rates had a 2 decade climb to ~18%. and then a 4 decade drop after 1980 to near zero. these are long trends with a few bumps. we are currently seeing 1st-world global rates rise in unison. to claim ~10% is not a possibility seems as ridiculous as politicians claiming growth will make up for it.
many nations have exceeded 10%, some still do, and some also have high debt. and yes, they all try to intervene.
your logic seems more along the lines that since we had a pandemic, we wont have another one. because of intervention i guess.
