Yes. Dealing with mom, I can see some of the signs, too. Or at least I think I can. There are some things that are similar to my mom. But it's another matter issuing diagnoses in the media, IMO. Yes, from what I can tell, his dementia is getting worse. But I'm not a doctor, I'm just a guy whose mom had dementia.

Though it is difficult to parse dementia from his toxic narcissism from his enjoying being the center of attention (e.g. rambling on and on and on because he likes to hear his own voice).
