If someone appears to be repeatedly personal, lean towards patience as they might not mean offense. If you are sure, however, then do not deepen the problem by being negative; instead, simply place them on ignore by clicking the unhappy yellow face to the right of their name.

Thousands of people are pouring in. If the body systems are down and there's not good treatment it can become chronic and other people can get it during flare ups. So let's move some money and nursing staff to the strained areas - everyone benefits.

Another reason for comprehensive reform. We can medically screen all entrants to they don't spread TB, or something worse.
