The reality is that our left wing friends just don’t want to know the effects of the policies they spout off about and the politicians they support. Because if they did want to know they’d a) have to admit they are wrong 99% of the time b) would have to admit the other side is right and c) would have to acknowledge they’ve been lied to for decades in some cases.

Speaking of “lied to for decades”, how’s this?

“The stock market is at an all time high”

“But that doesn’t affect me”

“So you agree that ‘trickle down’ doesn’t work for you, and that giving the biggest tax breaks to the already wealthy as we have been doing since the 1980s hasn’t paid off for lots of people?”

“[silence]”
