Chip Roy is a colorful conservative and is admired within the MAGA community. Lt Governor Dan Patrick explained it in a more nuanced way. He says the SCOTUS ruling give BP the authority to cut the wire but in no way restrained Texas from putting up more wire. Patrick continues, " And we have lotsa razor wire".
