Since Brk. is having to find an "elephant" to purchase, with so much cash on hand, I think Buffett will buy back shares in quantity if the price of brk. keeps dropping. This could turn into his elephant. The lower the price of brk. shares, the better.

I do sense larger buybacks are in our future as well. No elephant on the horizon, $147B in cash equivalents as of 6/30, higher interest rates for longer and gravity effect on asset values, No dividend or special dividend in WEB's lifetime, not enough residual Green/ BHE projects yet to soak up a huge amount of our cash. At maybe a 20-25% discount to IV, let's Please ramp up the A>B buybacks! Might be guilty of a human misjudgment perhaps, but that is my crystal ball & bias. Looking forward to reading the upcoming 10-Q.
