No. Nobody thought that. Only partisan deepstaters willing to hurt some people to make political hay did.

Only deepstaters can read plain English?

We already have the genesis of a plan here.

Send out our directives in plain English, and only deepstaters will follow them.

Then we can root them out- root and branch!


How do we know they are deepstaters?

Easy: we threaten them with fire and fury if they don’t obey, then send them an unambiguous order

Then we grab them as traitors when they obey the order.
