One plan would establish U.S. control and pay all of Gaza’s more than 2 million population to leave.

Do the same with Republican'ts in the US. They get $50 each to leave. They pay $50k each person EACH DAY/WEEK/MONTH/YEAR (TBD) to stay in US.
