"Give him a chance." That's what I keep hearing GOP callers into the C-CPAN Washington Journal morning show saying. "Trump's only been in office for two weeks. Let's give him a chance. Let's see what he can do."

This is like saying that the Bull has only been in the China shop for five minutes. Let's see what he can do.

Short answer: no.


Longer answer: When someone shows you who they are, believe them. We have already been shown, for the past 8 years (four in office). He's had his chance. So it's just "no". Block everything, thwart everything, and try to keep the nation together long enough for him to die of natural causes or be voted out, whichever comes first.
