Today some UK REITs dropped to lows 'cheaper than the covid/2022/2023 crashes', despite often having their debt and customers locked in for years to come.

TheReitStuff writes on UK REITs at bargain prices.I wouldn't pick out any single name, pretty much everything is interesting today, though I would probably avoid Segro (with a bid in effect) and PHP (one of the most highly geared UK REITs).
There are tax complexities to investing in property companies / reits in other countries, remember to investigate that, as tax is a drag factor on returns.
