Goofyhoofy: Yes, that would be nice. If only it had been done months ago.

Mandamus is a pretty high hurdle and before now Cannon has not given the government a valid reason to seek mandamus; possibly, this would be a valid reason (not her delay -- she can delay a trial as long as she likes -- but the endangerment of agents because of her delay).
