I knew a guy who ran the IT shop at a major US university. He was absolutely convinced that when Y2K happened "the mob" was going to come for him. So he bought a military-grade Hummer, built a bunker at his house, deployed cameras and a remotely controlled set of tear gas cannisters he could fire off when they showed up at his gate.

The end was nigh!

Of course...nothing happened, and this guy ended up spending a ton of money readying his house for the Year 2000 apocalypse.

This thread reminds me of that.
leftists and those who get their "news" from the left wing bubble are CONVINCED that "the MAGAts" are going to go out in the streets and do...something.

To you libs who think that: Grow up.

The reason is very simple. You're not that important. Nobody cares.. Normal people - the kind who are going to be voting for Trump - merely want to live their lives and not pay $5 bucks a gallon for gas. They'd also like to go to a school board meeting and not have the FBI designate them as terrorists.

That doesn't seem like much to ask, but for the left wing bubble people evidently it is.

So who's really the problem here?
