America First, in corruption...
"Trump's crypto dinner cost over $1 million per seat on average."
"More than 200 wealthy, mostly anonymous crypto buyers are coming to Washington on Thursday to have dinner with President Donald Trump.
The price of admission (bribe): $55,000 to $37.7 million."
"The personal cryptocurrency and associated contest, which ended last Monday, adds to the litany of ways Trump has appeared to use the office of the presidency to profit personally."
"The top spender revealed himself Tuesday as Justin Sun, a Chinese-born crypto entrepreneur. Sun was sued by the SEC, but that case has been paused under the Trump administration." (I'm shocked!)
"Of the 220 wallets tied to contest winners, 158 of them, or 72%, appear foreign, White told NBC News."

Funny part is years from now when the scam is exposed, OR it all just plain crashes down - somehow - as usual - taxpayers will foot the bailout bill.
All these tattoo'd podcasting idiots will all of a sudden want the evil government to write a check.
Hey, why not. Woke Wall Street gets that treatment all the time.

Does MAGA realize dear leader is a thief?
Of course MAGA realizes Trump is a thief, felon, racist, bigot, rapist.
In my career I've hired some very aggressive employees.
When one of my favorites relocated to my region from my competitors region I jumped at the opportunity to hire him. He could run circles around the competition by providing unrealistic ETAs to jobs, frustrating competition.
Unethical on ETAs, but he did excellent work once he got to a customer and had that personable ability to schmooze the customer so they were relatively happy when it was time to pay.
He even aced my other employees out of some major jobs. That caused some internal pressure such that I had to let him go.
He may have been a snake... but he was our snake.
Trump may be a snake... but he's MAGA's snake.

Trump may be a snake... but he's MAGA's snake.
Trump may be a despotic king, but he’s their despotic king.
What they fail to realize is that in actuality, they are not citizens of the realm, but “marks” like the rest of us.
Eventually, he’ll get around to enforcing that realization.

doubt many\any low income MAGA has, or will, benefit from trump being their snake.
given their identity is now tied to trump, they will never admit he is the cause of further distress, and wealthy MAGA dont care.
as a cult, will MAGA show loyalty by literally drinking the kool-aid once dear leader has graduated?

True enough. My favorite snake was short-term profitable for ME, but the in-house friction he caused necessitated passing him off to an associate where he operated primarily south of the border where there was no competition.
Will MAGA be capable of throwing Trump under the bus once his big beautiful self-protecting bill passes?

"Trump's crypto dinner cost over $1 million per seat on average."
WTF has happened to our country?
With any other president of either party, this alone would have ignited a shitstorm of epic proportions across the political spectrum. But there are so many other ways this man is corrupting the country.
With Trump...none of it matters.
Sick, sad, dangerous.

The IRS's free Direct File tool is now gone...
300,000 Americans used Direct File for the 2025 tax season, and 94% of users who completed an IRS survey rated their experience as excellent or above average.
Intuit donated $1M to Trump’s "inauguration fund."
See how the grift works?
Is MAGA too dumb to realize dear leader is a grifting thief?

The IRS's free Direct File tool is now gone..
And I have been wondering if VITA (Volunteers in Tax for America) will survive. Last year and filled out about fifty tax returns with the group. Got to see how they worked it. It's free, just sign up in advance. A few people who kept pulling unknown tax problems out of their bags and I had to solve it and quickly. I hadn't done VITA for 40 years, and the ones with the problems are the most impatient. :) We used a church internet to connect with the IRS tax program on line. I think its the same program as the free one. Vita does somewhere around 2.5 million returns a year.
If they do away with that program, VITA has a real problem.

Is MAGA too dumb to realize dear leader is a grifting thief?
Another rhetorical question.
But to be fair...I think many MAGA would be aware of what is happening if they weren't so addicted to bad sources of 'information'. But the right wing media has them right where they like it...rage watching the 'news' and making money for them.
