I don't think that works, either. Indentured servitude is illegal, even if you agree to it. The 13th, plus the UN Charter Article 4, says so.
The woman has the right to remove herself from servitude to another person.
I really think anti-abortion people haven't thought this through. They shouldn't be pushing for personhood under the 14th Amendment because that will trigger all the other laws/rights we (actual persons) have.
