As your quoted source indicated, no new data or information has been gathered to tip the analysis one way or the other.
The only thing that has changed is the new administrated which has already shown a marked predilection for muzzling governmental agencies from publishing any studies that contradict his opinions.

The report should be evaluated by the pros. I'm not sure why these non-science agencies weigh in on this, I don't give their evaluation much weight, especially when the evidence is fragmentary. China refused to cooperate and we'll never know. You can blame China for not cooperating.
