It is not a single, cohesive organization with a central leader or platform,

For those who missed it, three weeks ago "his nibs" signed an EO mandating the formation of his own Brown Shirts, drawn from the ranks of the National Guard, to exert force where he wishes.

That EO is the first, in the series signed in this video.
