ALLLL of them appear to be Indian (or Pakistani or....).

This isn't a quibble. They have Indian or Pakistani sounding names. Their families may have been in the US for several generations. You don't know. My family name is Scotts-Irish. I am sure there are both people with it whose families can trace their ancestry in the US back many generations as well as undocumented people with it. Let's not judge a person's citizenship based on their ethnicity. If I misunderstood the point you were making, I am sorry.
