"Turning Point", it can probably be argued, is not entirely and exclusively a religious organization, in spite of it's leadership's Christian Nationalist speech. As long as membership is, officially, "voluntary", vs the mandatory teaching of the Bible in the Superintendent's directive of a year ago, they might be able to squeak past the law. I'm sure the reality will evolve into the sort of shakedown operation that the annual United Way drive was at the pump seal company I worked for.
