I just tried to download the latest VL Analyzer update and got a File Not Found message. Called tech support and talked to a nice person who, evidently, was not aware of the problem. Am I the only one using this product? The only one who called to complain? The thought is quite astonishing. They promised to call me back when the issue is resolved. . . . .
