He's come right out and told you that he wants to be dictator, not President.

When somebody is President of the United Sates the authority is total, and that's the way it's got to be.

He blatantly tells us what a shallow ignoramus he is. Our Constitution and form of government rely on 3 branches that ensure 'separation of powers'.

Not only could this horse's ass not be bothered to read the Constitution, he wouldn't even listen to someone else read it TO HIM! And he and his sycophantic henchmen will eviscerate it at the first opportunity.

So, if you vote for him you really are voting to end our great Republic.

Yes. This.

Which is what I don't get. If Biden or Obama had used similar rhetoric, even if I supported their policies, I wouldn't have touched them. Not a chance. The preservation of the Republic has to take precedence. So both Trump and Desantis are not an option just based on that. (Desantis has been issuing constitutionally-questionable edicts in FL lately, plus picking a stupid fight with a corporation...though that last one isn't unconstitutional.) Yet the Trump supporters who claim to love this country are supporting someone who has openly said he plans to centralize power in the executive (even if he's probably too incompetent to achieve it), effectively establishing an autocracy.
