The phone was answered by a bot with 100% sounding human voice (female). It took me through a few questions, I was not very clear but it picked up the meat of my problem and restated it back to me.
If it had not said that it was a bot, I might not have picked up that it was.
Now I wonder what it would have done if I had asked it where its physical location was. That's what I often ask the customer service person on a phone call.
AI is also going down the bad path, with scammers using AI to create false job listings and false job applications.
