I have the same problem. While it doesn’t look nice, I live with it.
Long doctor explanation, but to put it in a nutshell it mainly was/is caused by
years of taking blood thinners due to heart problems. I bruise very easily, even at the
slightest bump.
Now I only take a baby aspirin once a day, but the condition is here to stay.
Other meds can also cause the same problem.

In 2017 and 2018, his medical reports indicated he took a daily 80mg ("baby") aspirin for heart attack prevention. Today, it is unclear if he's on the same dosage or has been moved up to 325mg daily or has been prescribed a blood thinner, such as Eliquis or warfarin.
A daily baby aspirin certainly would not lead to that kind of bruising nor would a 325mg dose, unless he had the world's worst medical tech jabbing him. Even on Eliquis, he could get a nickel- or quarter-sized bruise but not one the size of a baseball.
Regardless, it's clearly an IV bruise and he's been covering them up since February.

Iif this is true, this is either idiotic, or - something far worse. Mind you, a majority of this cohort will have better work ethic, better personal finance habits, better family units than certain other cohorts in America.
