AH, see this is gonna be a problem. Everybody's gotta stand for something. In order to do the above the Dems will have to throw under the bus almost every one of their constituencies. i.e everybody who hates:

I think the "evil socialism" part of the Democrats is easier to sell. e.g consumer protection, social safety nets (can take various forms open to discussion and compromise), the ethos that Government is there to allow you to have influence over the things that affect you, and protect you from forces you cannot influence whose interests are not your interests. Government is the tool we use to do things together that we cannot do individually etc etc.

That is way too easy to explain.
They do it the same way land was sold or given away by the govt to white people in the 1800s. They TOOK IT FROM THE AMERICAN INDIANS. We already KNOW taxes on the non-rich are gong up a LOT. Then the govt lies about amounts collected/paid out--so the deficit each year goes up and up and UP.
Right now, MAGA voters are GLAD there is no balanced budget amendment.
