A PRIMER ON what the Trump jury can do as to the 34 counts - which means 34 verdicts:

- convict on all counts (takes all 12 jurors)
-acquit on all counts (takes all 12)
-hang on all counts (12 don't agree on any count)
-acquit on some, hang on the rest (split verdict)
-convict on some (e.g. the checks Trump signed) and hang or acquit on the rest

Finally: Hung counts can be retried. Acquitted counts are final. Convicted counts can be appealed by Trump.

So all 12 have to agree to acquit a count? Is that right? And if they can't agree it's hung and can be retried?
