We all hope Berkshire will hold up better or at least recover quicker. Different beast now, though.
As I pointed out earlier in the thread, Berkshire is a vastly different animal now than in 2000 or even 2008. To make assumptions about what can happen to Berkshire stock during a big drawdown in the broader market based on 2000 or 2008 is fool's errand IMHO. We should all just take a deep breadth & relax. My own plan is to just go with the flow and take the ups and downs as they come; and to let Greg and Warren worry about compounding our equity long term.
