The Union Bosses want their perks and special favors.
It’s why they give generous donations.
The rank and file want lower gas and groceries prices, you name it, new cars, new homes are out of their reach too.

The rank and file doesn’t necessarily vote as the Union Bosses advise. They vote with their wallets in mind same as non union workers do.
