This is the dumbest falsest Trumpiest thing I have ever heard.

It's just not. WTF.

You think double taxation is a subsidy? On what planet? If I can't spend the money then why should I pay tax on it? WTF!!!!!

If it is, why are RepUGLYcans so opposed to it when they carp their pants about dividend tax?

FWIW blue states pay $1.10 in FEDERAL taxes (not even counting the stupid double taxation) for every $1 they get in Federal money while red states contribute 85 c. Red states are beggars and moochers relying on blue states' charity while biting the hand that feeds them.

Low tax states cannot subsidize high tax states.
