The week's question
In December 2024, in the thread "Re: BRK: Why Not XOM?", BreckHutHigh asked the members: "What about the long road trips with kids?" This week it is put to everyone again. The button below opens the small thread re-asking it - read what others have said so far, then give your own answer as an ordinary reply.

Sano wasn't talking breaking the law, just the media show which Habba seems willing to participate in.

While I didn't mention breaking the law, it's definitely part of the OrangeRapist's game plan; intentionally goading the court with clearly contemptuous conduct into a response that the defense can use as the basis for an appeal.

HabbaHubba hasn't gone off the rails in the courtroom yet ASAIK, but she is certainly following FatDon's lead -shamelessly lying- when speaking to the press on the courthouse steps.

Engeron said as much... that if it weren't for the defendents status as ex-potus with Secret Service attention, he would have been jailed for contempt of court.

The SenileCombover is shamelessly exploiting that status to keep his cult enraged such that their elected Reps stay true to the MAGAstaadt.

"At several points, Judge Engoron demanded Mr Trump's lawyers rein in his behaviour, and answer the questions posed to him. If they did not, the judge pledged to "draw every negative inference that I can".

"If Donald Trump was anybody other than a person with Secret Service protection, he would have been jailed for contempt of court," said Mitchell Epner, an attorney who handles commercial litigation. "
