The most criminal president in U.S. history threatens to withhold federal funding to schools and colleges that allow "illegal" protests. As others have pointed out this morning, there is a Supreme Court case that addresses whether and how federal funds can be used to indirectly regulate policy in the states. Among other things, the goal must be related to the original purpose of the funds and it cannot be unduly coercive.

Additionally, it is a violation of the First Amendment, a violation of federalism and the separation of powers. Plus, it’s unconstitutionally vague.

In short, it's unlawful.

But then whatcha expect from a rapist felon, amirite?

Clinging to that jingoistic 'Murican talk about "Constitution".

It was written by White Males. Not females. Not Black Males. Not Muslim-Americans. Not Asian-Americans.

No OPENLY gay signatory.

No Trans person.

All. Cis. White. Males.

And they owned slaves officially- not unofficially like today's White Liberals do.

They didn't allow women to vote.

We're taking their names and statues down.

So Jedi, stop that 1950's Beaver Cleaver shit. And we need to teach 100 other things in school before we truly get into the Constitution, civics, and pride in American history in a serious way, beyond just a formality requirement.
