OCD: obviously, DJT is not responsible for the existence of Covid.

No one I am aware of thinks Trump was responsible for the existence of Covid.

However, he is responsible for the response to Covid. And his response, by any measure, was abysmal.

Unless you are excited by the prospect of taking horse medicine or injecting bleach or sticking a light bulb up your anus.
