I've concluded that no liberals ever actually follow current events. If you did, you'd have seen a massive overseas visit with fascinating implications on our national policy and the political situation in the Middle East.

They don't really follow the news. That's evident. What REALLY interesting is how the board's libs and the national democrat party are tracking together.

What's striking is how...irrelevant BOTH are at the moment.

Our local crew is reduced to largely sh1tposting small whines about current events. No policy, no nothing. Just Hitler this and fascist that. Same goes for their national party: does anyone ever go to Hakim Jeffries and Chuck Schumer and ask them a serious policy question anymore?

Nope.

Time was when a democrat could go out and not have to make up things out of whole cloth. They could carry a conversation about policy.

Not anymore. Their party has been brain-dead since Bush43; what's happening now is that the rest of the organs are starting to catch up.
