I believe the feds have a rule that a contract, license, etc, issued in one state is valid in all states. - 1PG

I would agree up to a point. If a state condones illegal activity within their borders and then reinforces that behavior by giving those in their state illegally US government document(s), give them welfare, free medical, allow them to vote and hold positions in local, county and state government and private employment. Actually, here in California, illegals receive and have more access to government assistance then US citizens do.

With that, I don't believe the federal government can require states to accept "fraudulent" documents from other states that would appear to suggest that the person in possession of said document is a US citizen and or in this country legally.
