So, let's see: you predicted decades ago that "social and cultural decay, coupled with illegal immigration expenses will mean resources drying up" and post that, rather, it has not happened... that NYC "gets to keep libraries open on Sunday and will refrain from cuts to police, fire, and homeless assistance."?

In short, you're still wrong decades later?
