A deep-dive into the law. Never heard of Wong Kim Ark, but I did know that birth-right citizenship has been upheld for almost 150 years, since the Amendment was passed. Didn't know about the exceptions (like occupying combatants on US soil...which makes sense).

Liz Dye already said that would be the path they would try to take. Apparently, SCOTUS-hopeful James Ho is basically asserting that.
