Residents of Los Angeles are sounding the alarm after a video showed a pair of Los Angeles' "security ambassadors" standing idly by as an apparent road rage assault unfolded in the West Hollywood area.

The incident comes as the push to defund the police and replace them with unarmed law enforcement personnel has fallen short of expectations.

Kevin Dalton, a West Hollywood resident, told Fox News' Ashley Strohmier on Monday that the change has wreaked havoc on the community and replaced those qualified to apprehend criminals with those essentially rendered defenseless.

The viral video shows 2 "security ambassadors" standing around during a road rage assault.

Much better than being a women in a red state.

Liberals want a Gilded Age, and they love the tent cities, segregation, and poverty so they can enjoy the good life in their little enclaves.

Then they respond with pure misogyny: Better than being a woman in a red state.

As if so many women are suffering.

As if every single one needs an abortion right now today.

Women with a problem? The 70% having babies - where Democrat Dad ran away.

And Liberals applaud that - and promote that stuff in pop culture.

Well, let's look at some data:

There has been "a 27.9% decrease in violent crime in 2023 over the previous year in Hollywood, including a 14% decrease in property crime. Capt. Raymond Valois, of the Los Angeles Police Department's Hollywood Division credited a program launched by the Hollywood Partnership and its 90 ambassadors for having a significant impact on crime.

According to crime statistics, as a whole violent crime has dropped by about 18% in the West Hollywood area.

If all you read and watch is Fox reporters who quote random citizens, like Kevin Dalton in the linked article, then sure, you believe roving gangs of criminals are out to get you and violent crime is skyrocketing because that's what you're force-fed everyday.

The facts, though, show that crime in actually down from a year ago.

No one claimed it did. Not even Fox.
I think you just jump into these misdirections automatically. I doubt you're even aware that you're doing it.

But pray tell, the crime that was taking place right in front of the doofs with the reflective vests - did that make it into the statistics? You know. The assault right there on camera?

You're forgetting. I live in one of those lib cities with spiraling crime and an elected government that likes to point to bogus stats and claim things Are Just Awesome.
