You voted for this. How come you don't flip houses anymore? Fellow next door to me picked up the house for 10K. I asked him, and he thinks the insurance company totaled it, and the cost of tearing it down, plus the 10k was enough to deter buyers. He saw smoke damage and is fixing it, and he's pretty handy. So why did you vote for this? He told you he was going to do this.
