UPS delivered a T Mobile return kit for a prior resident at my address - it had their phone number on the label. I called them and left a message. USPS sent an address change verification to my address on the prior resident, and, I had to look at it very carefully, because it had commercial advertisements in it. One was from Starlink. It actually said it had advertisements in it. I've never seen advertisements in a communication from a Federal Government Agency. Is this new, or has it been going on for a while?
