Naah, my plan would be to use every stall tactic in the book so it gets to the Supreme Court a year after Trump's out of power. We understand why Biden's doing it, revenge is T's style, modus operandi, and T probably lives for it in his old age, bUUuuUUt - it's likely unconstitutional.
