Is this thing actually being built? I hear sounds of construction in the background. My understanding was that only the underground portion was allowed to go ahead at this point, with the above ground eye-sore still on hold pending further litigation.

Also, "drone capacity"? Does that mean this thing will have not only defensive measures but offensive drone launch capability?

I newly christen this the Epstein-Trump Bastion of Bullshit, Corruption, Grift and Pedophilia.

That original order has been stayed. Right now, the procedural posture is that the lower court issued the injunction you describe above. The appellate court issued a limited stay of that order until such time as they hear the government's request for a permanent stay (ie. a stay of the order until the appeal is resolved), which hearings are scheduled for early June.

Easiest target to see AND hit from all over DC (and beyond): "bc of the height".

Key point: Nobody limited weapons to *just* small caliber stuff....
