Sweet.Sweet? Did you read the ruling? Sounds like the District Court Judge punted this to the Colorado Supreme Court on a technicality (and the Colorado Supreme Court could reverse that technical exemption).
Worrisome for Trump:

Sad to see that the republican party wants as its presidential candidate a man who the courts have now said is a rapist, confirmed has engaged in insurrection against the United States, who has admitted taking the nation's most sensitive intelligence documents, leaving them unprotected in a toilet and a ballroom open to anyone at his resort -- claiming they're his because of the PRA -- and whose organization has been found to have committed financial and tax fraud.
