A bully tactic might work in the real estate business (for a short while), but it doesn’t work running the most powerful country in the world.
That's the key of the whole Trump as a businessman fallacy. When you buy or sell real estate, it's a one-time deal. You never have to work or deal with the other party again. It's all about the price of a single transaction. Your gain is the other party's loss, or vice versa. That concept doesn't work well in most of the situations we encounter in life, not only when you're running the most powerful country in the world into the ground.
