Bill Barr, who spent the better part of the past year telling anyone who'd interview him that Trump should never be anywhere near the Oval Office again, told Kaitlan Collins he will vote for Trump in 2024 (yeah, I have no idea why she's interviewing Barr, either).
Collins presses Barr:
COLLINS: "Just to be clear, you're voting for someone who you believe tried to subvert the peaceful transfer of power, that can’t even achieve his own policies, that lied about the election even after his own attorney general told him the election wasn't stolen, and, as the former chief law enforcement in this country, you're going to vote for someone who's facing 88 criminal counts..."
BARR: Oh, look, the 88 criminal counts, a lot of those are, and I've said --"
COLLINS: "Even if 10 of them are accurate?"
BARR: Pause. "The answer to your question is yes."
Collins goes on to press Barr further about his support, asking Barr to "name one thing that Biden has done" that is worse than trying to subvert the peaceful transfer of power and overturn a free and fair election.
BARR: "I think his whole administration is a disaster for the country."
COLLINS: Is worse than subverting the peaceful transfer of power?
BARR: Did he succeed?
Wait wut?
The former chief law enforcement officer of the United States said, "no harm, no foul"?
"Your honor, my client tried to rob that bank and tried to shoot one of the cashiers but succeeded at nether crime... therefore, according to the former attorney general of the United States, no charges are warranted."
Barr then went on to tell Collins that the president, on multiple occasions, had wanted to execute individuals who angered him.
Wait wut, again?
Barr said it wasn't a problem though because they were always able to talk him out of actually executing anyone.
Huh.
Now that I think about it, maybe Noem is the perfect running mate for Orange Jesus.

Jeez, my bad. When asked to be specific about the Gawd-awful things that the Biden administration has done that are worse than insurrection, Barr gave as examples banning gas stoves and letting school age children read books that some parents would rather see banned.
So, sure, trying to overturn the votes of 81,283,501 American voters and to stay in office by subverting the peaceful transfer of power, including through a conspiracy to use fake electors, is equivalent to the idea of banning gas stoves* after 2030 and letting your high school freshman read The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
Well, sure, samesies.
*Gas stoves have not been banned and, BTW, induction stove are 5 to 10 percent more energy-efficient than conventional electric stoves and about three times more efficient than gas stoves. And compared with gas, they're better for indoor air quality and have built-in safety features.

And the Supreme Court is going to give him criminal immunity. President Trump could execute anyone in Congress who votes against his policies.

The Immunity under discussion applies to exactly one person. So Trump would have to do it personally, would he not?
If he orders someone else to perform an illegal act, that person has a choice of resigning or carrying it out with full knowledge there is no immunity for him.

It is a cult.
Even when they admit that Trump tried to do some terrible things while in office, their answer is that he is incompetent so it doesn't matter.

I've read in Heather Cox Richardson's daily article on this topic further that Barr believes the only way to save this country is to institute Cristo-Fascism by whatever means necessary.
These effers are truly evil.
