I think the fuller context of the video is important. Ms. Baden is no saint, but she does bring her side of the story, which has some notable differences from Mr. Alito's explanations.

I don't see any actions requiring a law enforcement investigation, but one or both of the Congressional Judiciary committees could certainly run an investigation. Some legislation as a result of this incident could be a reasonable response. Impeachment might be a step too far, but the inquiry alone might be sufficient impetus for justices to be more careful to remain above the political fray.
