Oh, sure. No disagreement with that. Certainly tear down the arch, if it gets built - you can't bestow an honor on yourself, it is no honor, and no loss to remove it.
Though I too would want to have it demolished, if it does actually get built, will Congress or even the next Democratic POTUS have the public support to do it? I'm sure there would be plenty of talk about why waste MORE money to undo it, and what a waste of resources it would be. That said, I could see plenty of support for "un-Trumpifying" by at least removing all trace of his branding and ostentatious gold embellishments. The same thoughts also apply to the Epstein Memorial Ballroom.
