Surely we will soon have another mass murder event where a shooter uses a bump stock. So much more efficient than having to pull the trigger for each shot on a semi-auto. This guy could have killed so many more people if he had just gone to the trouble to in invest in a bump stock.

I personally wish bump stock, and military like weapons are banned. Yeah, I do. Not thrilled about wanting that ----but also I know that Americans, in their culture and social ways today cannot be trusted with such weapons so---yes, I support banning.

*But* once you ban it.....

Bad culture will still breed more mass murders.

I just hope it doesn't happen in major hubs like Wall Street or Times Square. I hope a group doesn't figure out that if their members keep doing just that --- over and over and over again they can hinder many key industries of the American economic engine. No immigration needed. Nothing to smuggle in. I worry they'd activate sleeper cells and rotate them in and out once a week, maybe every other week other than paid holiday days. Imagine the revenue they'd cost such key locales and the ensuing havoc.

Luckily they haven't thought of that and luckily President Bush's Patriot Act - upheld by Obama and Biden have helped keep the country relatively safe from Freedom Fighters and Terrorists both.

Yeah, well their recent decisions have meant that Hunter Biden will likely win his appeal. IMO, he shouldn't. He falsified the documents, he should do the time. BUT...because it's related to a weapons charge, and the SCOTUS doesn't like anything restricting access to firearm (except, apparently, someone with a history of domestic violence), Hunter will probably skate free.

That should really irritate the MAGAs out there. Hoisted by their own petards. A recent SCOTUS decision evidently benefits Hunter greatly in his appeal.

If by chance Hunter goes to jail Biden will pardon him.
If Biden wins or loses the election, either way Biden
has nothing to lose by pardoning him.
It will be chalked up to just another Biden lie.

Libertarians too, whose main concerns seem to be NO 2A restrictions- NONE-, tax is theft, return to the gold standard, legalize prostitution and drugs, bring all military home and let the world fight amongst themselves without our tax dollars isolationists.
